Design Consultants
In the spotlight of our business is our educated team of Design Consultants; this is who you interact with when you come into the store! When you walk into Mountain Top you can expect to be greeted and assisted by a Design Consultant who is a guide through the process of furnishing your home from start to finish.
Having a designated person throughout your experience allows you to develop a relationship and have a go-to person who can get you answers and easily assist you regarding any of your orders. We value you and never want a customer to feel as if you are being redirected to a different person constantly.
With Mountain Top Furniture, you do not have to call customer service lines and deal with holds or wait times, but are easily helped by your own Design Consultant who knows who you are and what you have purchased.
Additionally, each Consultant specializes in design and is constantly expanding their product knowledge to stay up-to-date on each of our products and your orders. We seek to provide as much or as little assistance as you wish when you come into the store for an experience just right for you.
Marketing
Another component that is crucial to a brick and mortar store is our in-house marketing team. This team strives to provide you with a personalized experience, either online or in-store by studying the latest industry trends and how that correlates with our immediate community and demographic.
Photoshoots, the website, newsletters, billboards, etc. are just a few of the areas this team touches on and the goal is to make our content look as accurate as possible in everything we post on social media or hand out in person. Having people who see the products daily and who know the product is essential to the customer experience. We also answer each of your messages personally on social media to make sure you get the most accurate information.
