What Role Do Our Operations and Warehouse Teams Play in Your Mountain Top Experience?

Here at Mountain Top Furniture we seek to always make our customers feel taken care of and valued. There are two teams that really play integral roles in this: The Operations Team and The Warehouse Team.

Operations

The Operations Team is responsible for inspecting pieces as they arrive at our store to ensure quality control and that your furniture has not been damaged in transit. And for any custom orders, they ensure that the pieces match your requests and specifications from when the order was placed. Once your furniture is inspected and ready for delivery, this team is the one making phone calls about scheduling, they are checking daily delivery routes, taking into account your special preferences for delivery times, and doing everything they can to make the process as seamless as possible.

Operations 2022

They help the logistics of Mountain Top run smoothly and take care of the details so that you don’t have to worry about it. Should any part of your delivery or furniture be unsatisfactory, they also take care of any service orders when needed. Due to our small business size, you are never just a number to us. This team is able to know each piece and order situation, so we strive to give you easy service and quality answers for any of your questions along the way.

Warehouse

The other essential team here is our Warehouse Team. One of the best parts about buying your furniture is having it delivered to your home and getting to see it in your new space! Our Warehouse and Delivery Team is the backbone to our business and the people that bring your furniture home. They constantly organize stock and also inspect each piece to make sure it is functional and in prime condition. They keep furniture in a temperature-controlled space and move each piece with consideration and care.

Warehouse 2022

When out on delivery, the guys handle each of your pieces with special attention to keep them safe. Once they arrive at your home, old furniture can be moved out and your new furniture will be moved in. Haul away service is complimentary, where needed. Our goal is to provide you with reassurance and a white glove delivery service. Having our delivery and warehouse team in-store enables us to have constant communication and updates on where your product is throughout the process of getting it to your home!
