Frequently Asked Questions
Will you help me select and style pieces from this collection?
Yes! We offer interior design services to help you bring your vision to life. Whether you're furnishing a single room or an entire home, our in-house design team can help you measure your floor plan, select the right pieces, and coordinate custom wood finishes, fabrics, and leathers to create a cohesive look.
Can I Customize the pieces in this collection?
We are able to customize as much or as little as you need. Leather, fabric, stain, paint, size, shape, and finish. From choosing a different leather or stain to drawing a piece from scratch, we are here to help you create the perfect pieces for your space.
Do I have to purchase the entire collection together?
Not at all. While these pieces are designed to complement each other beautifully, every item in a collection is priced and sold individually. You are free to purchase a single piece or mix and match different pieces to create your own unique aesthetic.
Are your products in stock and ready to ship, or built-to-order?
Both! We keep a selection of items on our showroom floor available for immediate purchase, and depending on availability, we can sometimes even deliver them the same day. However, because our furniture is hand-crafted by independent American manufacturers, many of our pieces are built-to-order or fully customizable to fit your exact style. Once ordered, pieces may take 4-12 weeks to be made and shipped.
Can I hold or delay deliveries?
Yes! We have dedicated warehouse space to store your pieces, and we never charge a storage fee. Whether you are building, renovating, or out of town, we store your purchased pieces so that the delivery process remains stress-free. We would rather wait for your home to be ready than make you wait on your pieces to be built!
Do you make deliveries nationwide?
Yes, we offer nationwide white-glove delivery, on-site assembly, and placement. For more information, see our shipping page.
