Both! We keep a selection of items on our showroom floor available for immediate purchase, and depending on availability, we can sometimes even deliver them the same day. However, because our furniture is hand-crafted by independent American manufacturers, many of our pieces are built-to-order or fully customizable to fit your exact style. Once ordered, pieces may take 4-12 weeks to be made and shipped.

Can I hold or delay deliveries?

Yes! We have dedicated warehouse space to store your pieces, and we never charge a storage fee. Whether you are building, renovating, or out of town, we store your purchased pieces so that the delivery process remains stress-free. We would rather wait for your home to be ready than make you wait on your pieces to be built!

Do you make deliveries nationwide?

We offer a 30 day return policy on all in-stock items. Mattresses and custom pieces are final sale. 

What does the buying process look like?

We have a trained team of Design Consultants to assist in choosing pieces for your home. They will assist you as much or as little as you wish. They will help with style selection, piece selection, order processing, and final delivery. 

Can I purchase replacement parts down the road?

Yes, we are here to facilitate any needs that may come up in the future. Even after a piece has outlasted its warranty, we are able to source replacement parts as needed.
