However, because our furniture is hand-crafted by independent American manufacturers, many of our pieces are built-to-order or fully customizable to fit your exact style. Once ordered, pieces may take 4-12 weeks to be made and shipped.

Can I hold or delay deliveries?

Yes! We have dedicated warehouse space to store your pieces, and we never charge a storage fee. Whether you are building, renovating, or out of town, we store your purchased pieces so that the delivery process remains stress-free. We would rather wait for your home to be ready than make you wait on your pieces to be built!

We offer a 30 day return policy on all in-stock items. Mattresses and custom pieces are final sale.

Can I purchase replacement parts down the road?
